• Responsible for the system-wide implementation of all Divisional marketing initiatives and the coordination of these initiatives with all Regional Marketing Directors. • Responsible for the system-wide implementation of the Division’s promotional programming including the Resident Dining series; all Limited Time Offers and Traffic Builders; and the Casual Bakery program. • Oversee the development of the next generation and implementation of all strategic marketing support tools including Catman; Lifestyling; Map2; and the Customer Service Excellence Program. • Championed the creative development, testing, and implementation of the Division’s on-line Marketing Resource Center. • Spearhead the Division’s innovative marketing initiatives and new ventures including an on-line Resident Dining Template Program; a turn-key Voluntary Meal Plan Program; the creation of Gift University; and the pursuit of a strategic marketing partnership with the social-networking site Facebook.com.
