Vicki is an experienced executive with a history of working in both the roto-gravure printing and the animal health care, consumer packaged goods industry. She is highly skilled in Leadership, Business Management, Cash Management, Accounting & Finance, Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Vicki is currently the Executive Vice President and CFO for W.F. Young, Inc., a family-owned, consumer packaged goods company that started in 1892. W.F. Young is an international company, focused on improving the lives of pets and livestock animals through high quality health and wellness products. Key brands in the W.F. Young, Inc. portfolio include; Ultrashield, Showsheen, Absorbine, Silver Honey, Hooflex and The Missing Link. Vicki's current responsibilities include, Accounting and Finance, Operations, Logistics, Human Resources, and Information Technology. In her role as EVP/CFO, Vicki works closely with all areas of the company; including sales, marketing, and business development and regularly reports on the company's business and financial status to the board of directors and ownership.Earlier in her career, Vicki held positions as Vice President and COO within the rotogravure printing industry. Her experience included start-up activities with two separate German-owned companies building and developing operations in the United States. The exciting and challenging times of start-ups and fast growth developed skills in planning, people management, quick decision making and an expertise in cash management.Vicki earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Lehigh University. After completing her degree, Vicki successfully passed the CPA exam but decided to not pursue public accounting, choosing instead to remain in private industry. Private industry is her passion and she thrives on involvement in all aspects of the business and helping businesses and their employees grow and develop.
