During a sellers market several of my homes had multiple buyers interested and sold for more than the asking price.I began with my first house in 1980. When it was time to sell the interest rates were just coming off the highest in our economic history. It was a buyers market. I quickly learned the value of curb appeal and making my home the most desirable in my price range. It was the beginning of a long list of homes I either bought and sold myself or with a partner.I understand the value of highlighting the assets of a home by focusing the buyer on the home's beauty. By using my clients own furnishings I am able to keep my services affordable. I will customize each proposal at an affordable price and spend the time needed to bring out the best features in your home that will attract the most buyers.Making changes to a well lived in home can sometimes be a daunting task.
