In my dual role as both the receptionist and administrator means that I am involved with every aspect of each transaction, from being the friendly face behind the front desk to attending open for inspections, co-ordinating marketing and generally being a constant point of contact for all clients. In my role my duties include but not limited to: Create pre-listing kits Liaise with Vendors, Purchasers, Solicitors, Agents and Photographers Build rapport with clients and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner Create and maintain systems and procedures that ensure a streamlined sales process Provide proactive assistance to the Sales and Property Management Teams in order to help secure sales and tenancies Liaise promptly and diligently with internal and external teams to produce sales documentation Update and maintain stock list and agent website portal
