• Provide leadership and mentoring for the consulting team, in support of the implementation of reporting tools and related policies surrounding data management.

• Serve as a committee member on process improvement projects within the company, including customer life cycle and ERP implementation.
• Develop slide shows, deliver presentations, and provide Sales support for various customer events.

• Project manager for the continued implementation of the Argos reporting system. Identified and developed policies that governed the system.
• Maintained security for the groups, users and data blocks within Argos.
• Developed and implemented test plans for new data block development, modifications and system upgrades.
• Maintained functional relationship between the developers to ensure awareness of pending system changes, new or changed policies and new product functionality.
• Assisted with the creation and maintenance of a university report inventory, to assist users and developers in identifying existing reports, and potential gaps where reports are needed.
• Served as system administrator for Evisions products: MAPS Server, Argos, and Intellicheck.
