Responsible for overseeing the Foundation's InChoice Navigation, LLC programs, including planning, developing, and implementing the business's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. Spearheads new FINDER initiatives driving awareness and advocacy and builds brand engagement across various stakeholder categories. Responsible for generating sales, implementing the FINDER software platform, and supporting client relationships nationwide. Oversee FINDER technology vendor relationships cost-effectively, providing direction and ensuring the program operates efficiently with limited downtime. Individual to serve as the Foundation's representative on all things Indiana Disability Resource FINDER related, supporting the program’s ongoing success.

Responsible to establish, manage and grow the Indiana Disability Resource FINDER program. Works to develop, manage, monitor and evaluate all activities related to FINDER, including software functionality, budget management, reporting and promotion as experienced project manager with proven knowledge of system navigation and the ability to advance the mission of AWS Foundation.
