I am a global health professional with over seven years of progressive experience in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), primarily in West Africa. I have extensive experience in program management, co-developing and co-implementing creative advocacy strategies to influence policy making, and building partnerships with donors, government ministries and civil society organisations.I am a committed advocate for reproductive justice, stigma reduction and for the rights of adolescents and marginalized populations to access high quality and dignified health care. I firmly believe in restoring the right to choose across the whole spectrum of sexual and reproductive health – choice in type of contraceptive method, choice in type of abortion (surgical vs medical), choice in if, when and how to give birth.I am passionate about movement-building and the power of media, digital storytelling and film to amplify the voices of the people most impacted by an issue, serving as a vehicle for social change. I hold a BA in Social Anthropology and Politics and a Masters in African Politics.Based in Dakar, Senegal. Fluent in English and French.
