I am currently working with BCA on a variety of areas for business development focusing on both short courses and apprenticeships within the college.My role involves supporting employers with their training needs, offering advice and guidance on apprenticeship offerings, funding and recruitment, as well as advising of our short course offerings and bespoke courses.

I worked for Sparsholt College as an Apprenticeship Liaison Officer covering a number of different frameworks from Agriculture and Equine through to Game Keeping and Trees and Timber apprenticeships. One of my main roles in my position is to support the learners and employers that we have on programme to ensure timely progession.The second part of my role is to work with companies locally to see what their business needs are and whether they could benefit from taking on an apprentice.

This role involved the administration and quality assurance checks of associate sub- contracting provision of apprenticeships at the college.
