I manage the National Civic Collaboratory, a mutual aid network for civic leaders and practitioners. Through this role, I've coordinated event experiences that have left members feeling inspired and connected to one another. I lead the design and logistics of four Collaboratory convenings throughout the year, held in locations across the country. I also support organizations in developing Collaboratory networks in their own communities, through our Local Civic Collaboratory program.

I led a small and strong team in implementing the Public Allies Indianapolis AmeriCorps program, ensuring we supported our Allies and partners while adhering to federal regulations and program compliance standards. I engaged my colleagues each year in identifying successes we wanted to codify into the program and areas that needed some investment.For the 2020-21 program year, I led my team in making plans and back up plans to turn our program into a virtual one. We've kept the core of the program strong as we adjusted to our changing environment, always keeping our goals at the forefront. During my time at INRC, I built successful nonprofit and public sector partnerships by establishing stewardship processes that ensure partners are on-boarded and communicated with regularly, leading to consistently positive program evaluations. One aspect of the Public Allies Indianapolis program is called Pathways. Pathways encompasses the support and activities we provide that help members in transitioning from our program into a career, higher education or another term of service. As a part of our program that started when I began my position, I oversaw Pathways implementation, which included gathering feedback from members on ideas they’d like to see implemented; working with my team to provide members one-on-one support; coordinating a mentoring program; facilitating career exploration sessions; and recruiting volunteers for resume reviews and mock interviews.
