Vicki is a very experienced commercial property lawyer with expertise in all areas of real property including commercial, industrial and retail leasing, lease disputes, property acquisitions and disposals, property development (including residential and mixed use) and structuring and corporate real estate. Vicki has particular expertise in industrial land including port, airport and railway land.She has a strong focus on client service which is evidenced by her long standing client relationships - for example, she has provided property advice to CSR Building Products for many years.Vicki has been with Thomson Geer (formerly Herbert Geer) for over 9 years. Vicki started her legal career at King Wood Mallesons and worked in their Perth, London and Melbourne offices before becoming a partner at Clayton Utz.Vicki is particularly passionate about people and the property industry in which she works. Vicki has been a member of the PCA Victorian Mentor Advisory Board and Diversity Committee for many years and was intrinsically involved in the roll out of the Girls in Property Program in Melbourne. Vicki has also been involved in the PCA 500 Women in Property initiative. Vicki actively encourages diversity and inclusiveness within her sphere of influence and until recently was Ambassador for the PCA National Mentor Program. Vicki has also served as a member of PCA Victoria Division Council.
