I am a second-year student studying the Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business with Honours in Singapore Institute of Singapore (SIT). My part-time work experience as Halloween Horror Night 9 Entertainment Crew has developed my communications skills as well as my ability to adapt to a different environment. Throughout the course of my work, I have learnt that everyone had different personalities and there are different ways to communicate with them. Through this, I learnt that I like to assists people to ensure that they have a good experience.My internship experience at W Singapore Sentosa cover has developed my communications skills and adaptability even further. I had to communicate through different devices with different departments in the hotel so that we are able to serve guests better.I am an active team player who is willing to learn skills that would improve my personal qualities as well as to broaden my knowledge so as to achieve greater goals in life.
