At Tender Victory it is our mission to considerably improve the chances of SMEs winning public sector tenders. Using experience from my years as a public sector buyer and tender writer I make sure our clients submit tenders that score as highly as possible when evaluated.We specialise in providing tender writing services to businesses bidding for public sector contracts. We have experience writing tenders for clients bidding to the Police, Ambulance Service, NHS and Councils (County, City, Borough, District), in addition to other public sector/government organisations. We also have a successful track record in submitting bids and tenders for private sector contracts.We work with clients as an additional team member, to ensure that we capture all that is great about their company and their product/service within their tender submission.

My duties included tendering and contract management on behalf of both my own Force and other police forces. Tendering responsibilities included writing detailed statements of requirement; technical questions, compliance statements, commercial questions and the evaluation criteria. Contract analysis and evaluation experience included conducting complex technical and pricing evaluations, as well as evaluating companies through meetings and presentations for regional and national contracts. For procurements I managed, I drafted the evaluation scope and criteria to enable the organisation to undertake written technical and pricing evaluations, as well as criteria to evaluate potential suppliers through face to face methods such as meetings and presentations. I am well practised in public sector tendering and have years of experience of the European procurement, regulations and guidelines, thresholds and timescales. The contracts that I tendered, awarded and managed were for both products (goods) and services.An additional responsibility in this role was the progression of the principles of Sustainability and Sustainable Procurement on behalf of the Force.

As a Rights Executive in the Talent Rights Group, my position involved negotiating performer contracts for many different programme areas. The spectrum of BBC output I covered included television, radio and online programming. The contracting involved negotiating fees and rights with individuals and their agents on behalf of the production areas that I managed.
