- Reporting to Vice-President of Operations, serve as member of management team responsible for development, streamlining and improvement of processes for sales and operations staff members. - Support President/CEO, complete special assignments and projects as needed.- Establish relationships with and serve as company liaison for state regulators, warehouse credit lines, correspondent and wholesale lenders, auditors, credit reporting agencies. - Project coordinator for setup and implementation of ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration.- Research, analyze and implement setup of NMLS licensing at company, branch and MLO levels. Supervise, train and facilitate improvements for all facets of the NMLS process. - Supervise onboarding of new branches (27), branch managers, loan originators, and key staff. - Collaborate with branch managers on initial branch office setup, assist with ongoing improvements.- Provide high quality customer service and project support to internal and external customers.- Extensive use and troubleshooting of MS Office suite, including training of team members, experience with IHM (PCLender) LOS, Calyx Point, FHA Connection, MERS, Comergence, Project Bubble, NMLS.- HR point of contact and resource for confidential employee issues, benefits, and conflict resolution.- Responsible for warehouse, agency, correspondent and wholesale applications to include annual recertifications, fidelity bond and E&O insurance renewals.- Responsible for annual reporting, including fiscal year-end, HMDA, and state regulatory licensing for seven states. Update ownership financial statements for NMLS.- Prepare for and serve as lead during audits (FHA, VA, Freddie Mac, State Regulators, Warehouse Lenders).- Provide on-site technical support/training for IT systems, network, software and hardware, assist IT consultant.

-Responsible for preparation of closing documents for all types of mortgage loans (five branches in two states).-Liaison for the branches, title companies, and correspondents at the home office level.

-Position encompassed all facets of mortgage loan processing-FHA, VA and Conventional loans.-Responsible for implementation, programming and debugging of computers/software.
