I am passionate and energetic about patient advocacy. As a "downwinder", I lived in the shadow of the cold war nuclear testing and watched as farm animals, community residents, family members, and finally myself experienced cancer, caused by living in a region subjected to uranium fallout from above ground atomic weapons testing. My goal is to see those sickened because of government secrecy, receive some form of compensation. I love people and cherish my personal interactions with my clients and their families. This fits in well with my love of adult training. I connect easily with groups and feel it important to not only share information but joy in every interaction. I love working for 4C's and the great organization they have created. I am an optimist who enjoys a challenge.
