My human resource journey includes over twenty years of experience in public, private and non-profit organizations. Working within each of these sectors I have been afforded the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges and possibilities that exist within HR as an integral part of any business. I enjoy translating data into effective organizational tools, that support and build business initiatives across departments and platforms. I am adept at managing all tasks within an HR Department with strong skills in system implementations, analytics, performance management, compliance, leave management and benefit administration.
