• Responsible for the recruitment of staff for over 250 Age UK shops dealing with up to 30 vacancies per week• Drafting job adverts and role profiles, commissioning agencies, and agreeing media• Administration of selection and interview processes including preparing application packs, liaising with managers and candidate management • Shortlisting candidates, chairing interviews, and observing assessment days if appropriate • Development and administration of HR systems and process during a period of organisational change • Processing and tracking contracts of employment and relevant documentation• Running new staff HR inductions and enrolling them in Age UK full day inductions
