CurrentWith Los Angeles agency experience, Vicki returned to Boston in 1993 to establish Communication via Design with the goal of helping organizations communicate their value and driving customers to act. Vicki pulls from her multi-industry experience to lead the CviaD creative team to explore innovative possibilities. All the while, she mindfully uses a structured process to ensure that the voice of both customers and clients are communicated clearly in the final solutions. Under Vicki’s leadership, CviaD has launched brand and marketing campaigns for companies such as State Street Corporation, Liberty Mutual, Gilbane Building Company, and non-profits such as The Dimock Center, The Greater Boston Food Bank and the JFK Library Foundation.Vicki served as an adjunct professor at Massachusetts College of Art and at Lesley University College of Art & Design. She presents at other forums around the world on topics such as graphic design and social media.As founder and principal of CviaD, Vicki's role is both strategic and tactical: • Collaborate and facilitate dialogues with clients and constituents in many industry sectors to clarify needs, extract traits, diagnose issues, and determine compelling strategies. • Conceptualize sophisticated design solutions that include brand identity, digital solutions, print collateral, environmental design, and other media. • Build and guide collaborative creative teams to ensure each clients' vision is being actualized creatively and succinctly. • Orchestrate initiatives that range from enterprise level deployment to one-off niche projects.
