I oversee the company's wellness program and assist with the implementation of company benefits. This includes designing, delivering, and communicating strategic multi-year programs for physical, mental, financial and spiritual health as well as administration of company benefit and retirement programs. I develop and facilitate 12-15 wellness initiatives annually that educate and influence employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles while coordinating vendors and carriers for 16 different benefits offerings.
