I co-founded this start-up and launched the Biodiversity Impact Fund at a time when new mutual fund entries were not common—particularly when spearheaded by a woman and set in a previously untapped market segment, i.e. nature based investing. As CEO and President, I manage all operations, including investment research, corporate engagement, and leadership of business strategy. Together with a partner, I direct portfolio management and distribution. I was recruited to this “Big 4” accounting firm (an international leader in audit, tax, and advisory services) to drive business growth in key markets through strong financial leadership and expertise related to Investment Company Act of 1940.During my 10+ years with KPMG, I oversaw audits for some of the company’s largest registered fund complexes, managed millions in annual revenue, and led multiple concurrent engagements with to 60 staff members.HIGHLIGHTS:► Led efforts to stabilize servicing model, successfully boosting customer satisfaction and earning excellent reviews from two previously dissatisfied major customers.► Hand-picked to lead KPMG’s expansion in alternative investments and registered fund market spaces. Brought on board as Chief Accounting Officer at Liberty Financial, I retained an executive role through two acquisitions that increased fund size 200+% (from $80 billion to $250 billion) in 3 years, steering the company through major changes and migrations with no interruption in operations.I led expense processing and auditing relationships, managed vendors providing accounting, custody, and financial reporting services to more than 200 funds, handled tender process of audit firms, and led team of up to 23 members.HIGHLIGHTS:► Managed migration of 120 funds from Liberty’s accounting platform to State Street ‘s system and developed 500+ portfolio-management accounting reports. ► Led team in developing accounting and reporting protocols, policies, and procedures.► Led post-acquisition efforts following two corporate M&As, including fund rationalization analysis that resulted in the merging and dissolution of multiple funds following consolidation of two fund groups.

I started my career with Coopers & Lybrand, earning multiple, fast-tracked promotions to Senior Manager. Managing teams of up to 100 people, I led high-profile engagements and delivered audit and tax services to clients. As Vice President and Assistant Vice President with State Street, I coordinated with external SAS 70 auditors and global company offices to manage audit and risk reviews of fund accounting business units including mutual, defined contribution, and benefit funds.
