I have over 20 years of experience working across the nonprofit, education, public, and business sectors in the U.S. and Asia. My experience includes research and evaluation, professional development and training, education management and teaching, and program and product management. I'm a Research Fellow at Claremont Graduate University, where I earned a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation & Applied Research Methods.
