I'm a PhD-trained evaluator, researcher, and expert in well-being science, organizational psychology, and positive psychology. In my evidence-based consulting, I help mission-driven organizations use psychology, research, and evaluation to improve and measure well-being and positive social impact.I support organizations with program evaluation and impact measurement, high-quality research, evidence-based program design and improvement, and customized training and facilitation to help them assess and maximize their impact based on science and data. I'm passionate about helping others thrive and reach their full potential, especially those from marginalized groups, and specialize in well-being, professional development, workforce development, DEI, and positive psychology interventions and programs. As an award-winning scholar-practitioner, I also conduct scholarly research, publish, and present at conferences in my areas of expertise. I have over 20 years of experience working across the nonprofit, education, public, and business sectors in the U.S. and Asia. My experience includes research and evaluation, professional development and training, education management and teaching, and program and product management. I'm a Research Fellow at Claremont Graduate University, where I earned a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation & Applied Research Methods.
