As Amplify's Chief Growth Officer, I’m privileged to join a team and organization that’s passionate about helping enterprises and RIA's grow and scale their businesses through the efficiencies of intelligent technology—leading growth initiatives and introducing Amplfy's all-in-one capabilities to an expanding world of users.I bring to Amplify two decades of sales, marketing, growth, and enablement leadership at AssetMark—one of the country’s largest turnkey asset management platforms for independent financial advisors—where my teams and I paired the firm’s outsourcing capabilities with a deep understanding of how to help financial advisors grow, scale, and better manage their businesses.Each role contributed to AssetMark’s twenty-plus-year growth from $1B to $100B+ AUM, and from 950 to more than 9,000 financial advisors—partnering early with the firm’s founders to make sure their pioneering vision of “what a TAMP could be” came to life, and later developing and evolving two U.S. regional sales divisions.Along the way, I shepherded team members and advisors through moments of change, including the firm’s 2019 IPO (NYSE: AMK), market fluctuations and crises, and multiple acquisitions and ownership changes.I'm also proud to have founded the firm's Women Advisor Forum and Women in Sales Program.
