I Recruit, Train and Develop new Agents and Staff for the agency in North Texas. My duties consist of helping agents, new and seasoned to understand any updated changes in the industry as well as teach them to our filed agents. The first year of joining our team, I work directly with new agents to market, quote, sale and grow their agency. This will consist of all quoting systems, service systems, billing, changes, new business, reviews, prospecting, marketing. The areas I train in are Property and Casualty, Farm and Ranch, Commercial and Umbrella products. I help new agents work and build relationships with their Underwriting team.

I am an Executive Assistant to a Manger of 24 agents. It is my responsibility to recruit and train new agents and staff. This training involves software, products and how to effectively communicate with their underwriters. How to submit any new prospect business to the UW to minimize time of issuance. I also work as a recourse to the agents with any of their daily activities to minimize their time in reaching out to Underwriters. It is my responsibility to stay up to date on company polices, changes and software. When we have meeting or events, I organize those for our agency. Along with our agents it still help service a couple books and cross sale products. I work in the property casualty and commercial lines.
