As a Consultant and Authorized Representative of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, I am the Quality Assurance Coordinator for the of the airport's South Terminal C project. The project includes the construction of an Airside Concourse (849,857 sf), Landside Terminal (876,833 sf), Ground Transportation Facility (50,538 sf), Central Energy Plant (34,628 sf), Emergency Power Generator Facility (9,786 sf), and a Parking Garage (557,000 sf). Responsibilities include Submittal and RFI review; assisting Change Management as required; assisting CMARS with building coordination, communicating with GOAA maintenance staff; communicating with design professionals; managing BIM 360 Field data base; assisting with Building Closeout documentation review; maintaining punch lists; and working with contractors and inspectors to resolve disputed issues.

As a Consultant and Owner's Authorized Representative for GOAA (Greater Orlando Aviation Authority), I was a Project Manager for the south airport's Intermodal Terminal Facility (277,300 sf) and Central Energy Plant (21,400 sf). Responsibilities included collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors; responding to work delays and other issues or emergencies; ensuring compliance with building and safety codes; working with client and contractors throughout punch list, close-out, and transition to owner, and; representing owner at meetings.

Worked as an Owner's Authorized Representative on a 750+ million dollar, 1.2 million sq ft Veterans Administration Hospital Complex that included a clinic, hospital, assisted living center, domiciliary, central energy plant, chapel, and two pre-cast parking structures. Responsibilities included performing architectural, structural, life safety, and ADA inspections; overseeing all third party QC inspections; verified that work and materials were in compliance with the approved plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, contract changes, building codes, industry standards, technical manuals, and manufacturer requirements; monitoring and reporting non-conforming work through the issuance and tracking of Deficiency Notices; verifying the implementation of corrective action for quality problems; reviewing RFIs and submittals; reviewing monthly pay estimates prior to VA approval; performing constructability and plan review as required, and; working directly with the VA after the completion of construction ensuring that all State and Federal requirements had been met.

As a Senior Building Inspector for the City of Orlando, I conducted daily field inspections on both commercial and residential construction. Responsibilities included ensuring that construction was in compliance with the Florida Building code; documenting and tracking construction deficiencies, discrepancies, code violations, or improper materials, and; confirming the appropriate application and testing of construction materials.

I oversaw all bidding, construction processes including critical path method (CPM) scheduling, quality assurance, safety / OSHA, and client relations for multiple commercial and residential building projects.
