We are a nonprofit organization.-Our mission is to spark curiosity and inspire innovation by bringing to everyone the SCIENCE OF SYSTEM THINKING, grounded by a deep respect for humanity. -Eyes to See’s (ETS’s) approach is rooted in the organic laws of systems found in nature. We model our work on complex organizations that are self-organizing, self-diagnosing and self-adjusting in constantly changing environments thereby creating the most agile learning organizations that maximize both value and individual+collective human potential.-Currently we work with executives in any industry who are interested in reimaging what is possible by “seeing” and “thinking” about differently the complex systems and people they currently lead. These simple (but not easy, and often counterintuitive) universal principles and approach provide new and innovative insights and opportunities when traditional approaches and methods are no longer working. This includes exploring the idea and design for system stability versus process stability and how leaders at all levels can quickly identify key leverage points in the system to focus innovation and creativity for maximum strategic and operational value. We provide breakthrough learning via introductory education, hands-on experiential learning, and on-going sensei-ing.-We also seek partners to help develop a critical mass of system thinkers that will ensure the generational sustainability of these ideas. We explore innovative teaching tools and curriculum to expose learners to the science of system thinking in primary and secondary schools, and to develop system thinkers in colleges, universities and professional education institutions.
