CurrentTraining Develop and train all Law Firm related classes from typing and telephone or blackberry usage to document processing and spreadsheets. The needs of specific user groups are determined and then classes are developed to target the needs of that group including attorneys and secretaries and receptionists. In addition, in depth new hire classes are provided to every employee.In the process of developing, a blogging/twitter(?) seminar and webinars to-be-offered in the evenings.Documentation Write, edit, revise class room documentation which can be used to review what was taught in class.Communication Design, write periodic tips – one for attorneys and one for all who support the attorneys. Maintain class calendar which is available to all employees interested in training classes.Project Management Coordinated all details related to the 2010 New System rollout. Scheduled trainers, created the initial student schedule, developed training exercises for class. Verified accuracy of invoices and acted as point of contact for contract trainers for everything including scheduling, invoices, system questions and KHH expectations.Skill Assessment Based on evaluation of help desk calls and user questions, additional training is recommended for some employees.Presentation Development Offer creative services to the attorneys to transform their PowerPoint presentation. Depending on the needs and desires of the attorney will add video, audio, graphics and color to create engaging presentations to capture and intrigue their audiences.Workflow Analysis Conducted analysis on workflows and worked to identify improvement opportunities that exploit existing investments in technologies, systems devices and tools. Made training recommendations.
