Process temp worker request. Liaison between hiring managers and SPH Employment Specialists/Recruiters. Conduct interviews and reference checks.• Responsible for salary allocation adjustments and monitoring labor reports, salary overpayments, allowances for overseas staff and other special activities. Contact employees regarding salary changes and corrections, collection of overpayments. Run weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports in SAP. Provide summary and report concerns to appropriate leadership• Departmental liaison with divisional HR, central payroll, benefits office, and tax office• Handle Effort Reporting for a cohort of faculty and all students/post docs within the department• Track and update various sponsored and non-sponsored grants in the system for the faculty including bio-sketches, other support documents• Process travel reimbursements for faculty and students.
