- As a Project Management company we have several major clients in both Retail and Manufacturing sectors for whom we offer a varied range of services. - The services we offer range from taking an initial briefing from clients, agree a scope of works to site surveying, preparing CAD drawings for layout purposes, project costing, equipment procurement management, programming, health & safety, site project management and many other services connected with the smooth running of a site or project. - In addition to the traditional Project Management and in conjunction with many of our partners we are able to manage all sizes of projects ranging from small equipment projects to major refurbishing and equipment projects. - Some of the major projects undertaken include acquisition conversation, new store equipment installations, refit and extension phasing and equipment installations and multi store rollout programmes, planning and implementation. - DJS Project Management Ltd proposes through its systems and people to provide total commitment to customer service by developing and implementing a management system in line with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001 : 2000 and BS 8555 (Acorn). - We at DJS are also fully committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and customers alike as well as anyone else who may be affected by our business activities. - In order to ensure that all of our staff are fully aware of their and their colleague’s responsibilities for health and safety, arrangements are in place to ensure they each attend a 5 day SMSTS course. - As a responsible business we recognise that there are legal requirements for us as a business relating to health and safety and environmental impacts and issues and to this end we have retained the services of an organisation to act as our competent person in these areas including the effective completion and actioning of risk assessments
