Sales Leader

UPMC Program Office - Responsible for tracking Quote through Order and Delivery of Product. Manage database used by Project Managers for Order Timing and by Sales for Revenue Forecasting. Ensures Financial Milestones per Project and Per Order are initiated. Assist AR in Credit/Collections issues. Interact with Nancy Hahn's group in planning for Carrier based products. Track inter-unit PO's within different BD's.; Facilitate training of new hires within Customer Order Operations. Resolve sensitive customer issues. Ensure and promote team unity along with adherence to policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and follow-up skills interacting with a diverse customer base. Work closely with Business Units/Contracts to ensure that all customer documentation is accurate. Interface with all levels of management.Order Manager-Team Lead - Central Coordinator between internal departments to ensure successful order and project completion. Managed Domestic accounts and assured that all orders were processed in a timely manner. Track and monitor orders and or projects to completion. Serve as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure timely and prompt delivery of customer's equipment and service installation. Facilitate additional meetings as required to support customer needs and concerns. Assist Sales in complex Credit/Collections issues and Contract issues. Order Manager - Process orders/requests in an efficient and timely manner and prioritize tasks. Provide order status and delivery schedules. Interact with account managers to bring current all past due accounts to maximize cash and revenue in addition to handling any account disputes to the customers satisfaction. Analyze and process issues regarding purchase order revisions such as pricing, part numbers, payment and intercompany terms as well as shipping and billing information.
