As a REALTOR®, I work in residential sales, working with the special concerns of senior homeowners, divorce situations, probates and first time buyers. I work with distressed homeowners, helping them understand their options and possible avenues to take; and I am an investor friendly REALTOR®.Previous Broker Associate/New Agent Recruiter and Mentor at Coldwell Banker West in San Diego, California. I recruited newly licensed agents and have mentored them in their new career as a real estate agent. I teach negotiation, relationship building and nurturing, marketing, time management, accountability and the understanding of contracts. I implemented an in-house real estate school for new agents.I believe in giving back to my real estate community and am active in several real estate organizations including having served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS® and the Board Of Directors for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® . Currently I serve on the Ambassador Foundation, a nonprofit organization working to fight real estate fraud, helping everyday heroes, Military heroes and local charities to better our communities. I have served on the State Leadership Team of Women's Council of REALTORS® and was the President of Women's Council of REALTORS® San Diego in 2013. I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). In 2019 I served on the Board of Directors of the Coldwell Banker West charitable foundation.
