I have worked for Allied Chucker and Engineering Company for over 20 years and have obtained several different positions within it. Currently I am the Contract Administrator and Human Resources Administrator, processing purchase orders and implementing pricing for all customers, maintaining pricing database and numerous excel spreadsheets, along with handling Human Resource duties of New Hire orientation and maintaining the HR database. My responsibilities include Worker Comp Claims, Safety Training, create and distribute employee communication memos. I also perform exit interviews for terminated employees. and complete the unemployment forms. In addition, I also handle the collecting of past due accounts, 10 line phone system, receptionist duties, creating and maintaing packaging specifications, project database record keeping, cover the IT Manager position, in their absence. I ensure compliance with the government conflict minerals policy. I am proficient with Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
