Technical Project Manager
Current- The Outcome Management Office partners with IT leadership and executive leadership in managing enterprise solutions to best support business objectives and support clients.
- Collaborates with operations management and technology resources to define business requirements, resource needs, timelines and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Creates a project plan identifying detailed tasks, due dates and ownership.
- Proactively manages project activities to ensure effective communication, removal of barriers and timely delivery of expected results.
- Schedules and conducts periodic project meetings with all key participants to update the status of tasks and identify any barriers or issues. Prepares agendas for each meeting, and ensures minutes are distributed to.
- Creates project documentation summarizing key deliverables and dates, critical decisions and issues encountered and resolved. Facilitates final discussion with all participants and stakeholders to review project.
