Developed procedures, templates and tactics for new ‘Field Marketing’ department under the CBO while supporting intranet development, news, events and communications for Global Service Line Leaders across the firm for the CTO. Created a new events budgeting system as well as marketing tactics to expand into podcasts, white papers and project highlights for use across the global team.

As the first marketing person ever hired at this fast-growing, minority-owned firm, I developed my own role, programs and practices to best support the firm and develop the brand; as well as trackers for ROI to guide the marketing and outreach across multiple office locations. I managed an annual calendar of industry sponsorships, client and large-scale event presentations, press relationships and projects, all of our firm's social media - as well as supporting staff in the development of their own accounts - website design and management, and all other branded materials such as booklets, brochures, business cards, and PowerPoint presentations that are all consistently pushing our brand's story to the next level. In addition, a large portion of my time was spent working with our clients' marketing and technical teams on requests for qualifications for project pursuits in their applicable markets, requiring the development and management of staff and firm qualifications that can be easily accessed and customized to meet the needs of each unique submission.

The most impact I had in this organization was through a redesign of their entire website, on the front end as well as gated content, which carried through social media and print materials. The theme was based on Rosey the Riveter and presented more bold, colorful, and playful content than the political organization was accustomed to in order to create interest and relevance to younger generations while remaining connected to their tenured board and members. The web conversion was completed through cPanel and Wordpress, including copy, image development and web mapping. I also managed Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact newsletters for the organization, and the Microsoft Access member database.

In this role, I remotely managed productions for a PBS-affiliated talent management and pledge drive music events company. The master schedule and filing were all done through cloud drives I created and organized by the city for the national tour. In addition, I managed post-production for music special DVDs, stage sizzler, lobby videos, and the repackaging of a concert special for NETA distribution and recruited freelance producers, promoters, non-profits, and small business promotional partners in each live concert region to boost ticket sales and talent reputation. I also worked directly with the website vendor, editors, designers, and created event promotional materials such as posters, web banners, digital ads, posters, displays, and swag. The main concert program received a Telly Award in 2014.

This project was my first video production project where I developed the necessary skill sets to work with this form of media. I knew the victim personally, but this was the first time I met his mother and worked with her through intimate interview sessions to tell the story of his unsolved case. What the video lacked in lighting design and other technical skill sets I was still learning about, hopefully, the story carries viewers through this melancholy journey with Damian's mother as she navigates us through the pieces of who her son was and what happened to him. Since delivering the final video to his mother for use in the search for answers for what happened to her son, it has collected over 12,000 views on youtube, been the basis for the vanished podcast, and become a part of the missing veteran's network. Further edits may have been made to the video for use on these platforms.

While my children were brand new to the world, I worked from home as a copywriter, SEO marketer, ghostwriter, newsletter marketer, client database manager, and creative developer for other materials such as posters, websites, sales decks and brochures for retail and service industry clients and e-books. I primarily used third-party platforms to build relationships with clients based on my portfolio of work and ran the business as my own freelance service, managing my own accounting and business matters.

At the Manufacturers Association of the Southern Tier & Manufacturing Technology Insitute, I was brought in under temporary and unsettled conditions to transition one-half of the organization under the umbrella of the local community college. I successfully worked with community college staff on grant management, transition, and file completion as well as managing training contracts between local businesses and MTI until transition. In addition, I operated as an office manager for MAST, created a calendar system for board events and communications, and prepared company newsletters and press releases while supporting the Executive Director with marketing plans, meetings, events, and press/TV interviews.
