As VP of Operations at Futureshirts, I oversee four essential departments in the organization; the Production Team, Fulfillment Team, Design Team, onsite manufacturing, as well as the E-commerce warehouse. I am responsible for 15-20 employees on a daily basis, along with our fulfillment warehouse and day-to-day life Futureshirts. I have played a pivotal role in investigating and implementing key policies and procedures within the organization.In supervising our warehouse and fulfillment team I have implemented warehouse receiving policies, audit processes, inventory transfers, hiring a warehouse manager, and orchestrating a warehouse move from one facility to another with minimal delay in our shipping process. Currently, I am working with the IT department to install an inventory management system and a warehouse management system.While managing our design team, I have helped reorganize our project management software to help streamline efficiencies within the design department, as well as install a Creative Direct to help manage the designer and the design process. In addition, I am working with the Creative director and IT to scope a Digital Asset Management tool that we can use in correlation with Futureshirts proprietary project management system.With the production team, I have helped install a logistics coordinator and production coordinator, worked with IT to update our current project management software, help develop framework for a new project management software and continued to streamline procedures from my previous role as Project Manager Team Lead.In addition to working directly with the above departments, I continue to work with our President to build the company culture. I facilitate training for new employees along with continuing training for current employees. I work with the COO to streamline organizational policies and processes, and I work with our senior management team to continue to build the continually growing company.
