Retired from an awesome career of over 30 years at the Washington State Dept. of Transportation. That career included being an Organizational Development Coach and Trainer for State Government Agencies, developing and delivering Instructor-Led, Online, and Virtual Classroom Training for Technical and Engineering Staff. Coaching and training individuals and teams to work more efficiently and effectively while enjoying it more was a passion of mine. I've also been a volunteer for over 20 years in Kiwanis International, a global volunteer organization. As a member of the Kiwanis Clubs of the Spokane Valley and Cascadia, I've served in many club leadership roles, as well as Lt. Governor for the Greater Spokane Division in 2010-11. That responsibility is to encourage and expand the leadership knowledge and skills of our 15 local clubs with over 400 local volunteers. Together, Kiwanis grows and expands a positive impact on the lives of youth through seniors in the communities we live in. I have also served as Leadership Development Coordinator, Youth Protection Manager, and Education Chair for the Pacific Northwest District of Kiwanis (PNW).
Listed skills include Leadership Development, Team Leadership, Organizational Development, Nonprofits, and 14 others.
