The complex contracts and leases our department was responsible for were difficult to comprehend how to build and generate them in our system. Vicki conducted 2 major system conversions in 2001 and 2005 when Woodhull acquired another company. This required her excellent technical and database knowledge. With her skills at the forefront, it made for a smooth and successful transition. Another technical advancement she made for Woodhull in 2005 was enabling our system to upload our contract information into our main leasing company's website. This was an extensive process which required knowledge to test and manipulate data until there was a successful connection in the correct format. Within our 1st year of this program, we received feedback from the leasing company that we were the most successful with the fewest errors. We were at 85% accuracy compared to the average of other companies at only 50%. Because of this undertaking, the upload has continued to be successful for Woodhull to better serve their customers. I thank her for the critical thinking and analytical skills I have developed over the years she's mentored me. She enabled me to take on our largest account requiring extra supplements for billing beyond our system and needed continuous monitoring and analysis.
