Vicki Littell, Executive Vice President of Ready Made Corporation, has partnered with her husband for the last eleven years in an effort to bring the Ready Made Bottle to market. Simultaneously, Vicki works as the Community Outreach Director at Servant's Heart Center, to promote hunger awareness for children and seniors in her local community.Mrs. Littell worked with Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida for 13 years where she was founding manager of the national award-winning Second Helpings Program. During this time, Vicki headed a committee to implement national industry standards for the perishable food rescue industry by writing and establishing many of the standards used today. After her humanitarian service, Vicki Littell started a new business, Food Safety Training & Consulting, Inc. with a vision to empower individuals who work in the hospitality industry. She also contracted with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association to proctor Florida State Food Manager Certifications. Vicki is a strong communicator with a passion for teaching and is well connected to the hospitality industry through the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and the American Culinary Federation. She is an experienced editor, team player and has the leadership to make things happen. Her piers say she can discern situations with amazing accuracy.
