Working with school leaders on professional learning design, engaging teachers in continuous learning focused on equitable access and engagement for every student, including high-quality co-teaching practices, curriculum review, and student discussion protocols. Supporting inquiry-based teacher team work and the coherent systems needed to make it work. Supporting leaders in understanding the science of reading and the core practices needed to shift instruction toward structured literacy.

Support schools in Districts 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 23 and 32. Planned and led professional learning for in-person and remote teaching and leading schools. Developed and coached around the March 2020 pivot to remote teaching and 2020-21 hybrid teaching. Work with school leaders around instructional focus and aligning priorities and resources. Support principals and their staffs in instruction, curriculum, assessment, data analysis, and leadership strategy. Plan and lead staff development, based on the schools' needs with focus on performance-based assessments and progressive school values and vision. Projects include:· Curriculum design and instructional strategies to engage and support all learners--coaching cycle in schools with high levels of multiple language learners and students with disabilities· Special Education co-teaching partnership coaching cycles – Planning structures to use all adults in the room to effectively reach all students. Strategic use of student data to inform planning.· High school reading consultancy – facilitate a partnership among high schools to identify theory of action, data cycle, and instructional focus to raise reading levels of struggling students; lead consultancy process during school visits.· Supporting school leaders in creating visible systems aligned to their vision and mission

Taught cohort of new teachers in the New York City Teaching Fellows program, supporting teachers in the process of qualifying as special education teachers. Course focused on theoretical foundations and methods for documenting and interpreting student behaviors, and pedagogical methods for supporting children and adolescents in communication, interpersonal and social skills for academic success, grounded in human-centered values.

Served as teacher leader and member of school pedagogical leadership group: work with school leaders to synthesize school-based data, DOE Citywide Instructional Expectations and Expeditionary Learning Core Practices to set annual goals and to align coaching, staffing and professional development to annual goals.
