I am passionate about transformation. Whether its the culture of an organization; the training of an employee or the Aha! moment that education can unleash - I am passionate about moving the world forward one person, one idea, one mission at a time. I have served in a variety of roles over my professional career, and what may seem to be disparate endeavors, to me, have all been about creating a space in which to move the future forward. These roles which have enabled me to develop a breadth of skills that I want to bring to an organization that is ready to catch the next wave into the future. As a communicator, I bring the rare gift of translation to the table. I can take very complex ideas and technical material and translate it into small bites that are easily digested. In my training consultant roles, I leveraged large scale L&D projects for my clients so they could their push their organizations forward. I bring both traditional project management experience along with some new Agile methodologies to create opportunities for incremental change and transformation. Lastly, I have used my Six Sigma greenbelt skills in every role to problem solve for root cause analysis, to make data driven decisions and to teach critical thinking skills to my teams when those skills were absent. I am the complete package and I can do the same for your organization.
