We are a repair and maintenance company. We work with Real Estate Agents to get their clients homes ready for market, or ready to move in. Updates are our specialty. We can also correct a majority of the items on the inspection report before the home sells. We do everything from HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall, Appliances, Pressure Washing, Painting, and so much more. We are a true one stop shop. Although I'm no longer involved in the day to day operations, my husband and oldest son continue to run the business and keep all our customers happy.

As a Construction Project Manager my responsibilities included lease review, bidding, GC & vendor selection, scheduling, plan review, permitting and maintaining budgets. As Maintenance Manager I was responsible for all facets of store maintenance and repair including scheduling, vendor sourcing, ordering of special material, and critical/innovative thinking in the repair area. I was responsible for all the company owned stores in the region (US, Canada & Mexico) including maintaining budgets and good customer service. I was instrumental in setting up a comprehensive database to track all maintenance requests, equipment lists, PM maintenance schedules, vendor work orders, proposals and invoices. I continually updated and evolved the process to improve the system. I preformed these jobs simultaneously.

Managed completion of 40-50 re-models, expansions and new store construction projects per year for a national retail clothing/accessory company. Duties included take-off of OSM, red-line drawings, site visits, schedules, coordination of vendor deliveries, creating punch lists, over-seeing turnover to store operations and fixture inventories. Worked with contractors and architects to resolve problems with drawings, discrepancies and field conditions. Involved with implementation of a new store design and roll-out.Responsible for compiling and maintaining the departments design specification book.Played a critical role in creating and updating department documents and procedures manuals.

Oversaw national accounts for the companies retail division. Responsible for total coordination of new store projects and remodels: Including estimating, permit expediting, sub-contract buy-outs, contract negotiations, scheduling, and site visits to ensure projects were completed per plan, under budget and on schedule• Worked with many clients, including Pacific Sunwear, Wilson's Leather, Limited, Dicks Sporting Goods, Charlotte Russe, Gymboree, Denny’s, and Yum Brands. Clients enjoyed working with me and many asked for me to personally handle their accounts.
