• Responsible for the monthly preparation of the financial accounts for seven entities, reporting to the US with given close of month deadlines and US Uploads.• Controlling and managing monthly tasks including accruals, prepayments, payroll etc• Inter company reconciliations between all entities and maintaining all balance sheet movements through Inter company sites, using different currencies• Audit preparation and queries, liaising as a direct contact for France and Spain• Monthly currency revaluations - average and end of month• Dealing with all US queries and any inter company differences.• Monthly team meeting input and project suggestions• Weekly Liaising with management accounts with any adjustments prior month-end. • VAT returns for two entities.• Quarter end process of Mock settlements and Loan interest calculations.• Liasing with legal department and preparing accounts for two entities being liquidated and completing the process• Help support a company when part of the Convergys business was sold and liasing and preparing information for the company
