Started as Accounting Manager with some human resource responsibilities, then promoted to CFO with all human resources oversight. Then in November 2013, added duties of Weatherization Director.

Assisted assigned officers with their portfolios of over 100 customers and 50+ prospects, each, in all areas of the customer relationship. Managed the process of loan documentation and all servicing aspects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and maximize the productivity of the officers. Asked to come back to bank after short lay-off by the President of regional bank offices.

Responsible for recruitment for Athens and Marietta offices and backup recruitment for four other markets. Managed the employee relations process by meeting with banking center management to develop plans for employee discipline and/or terminations. Provided all necessary reporting to regulatory agencies and upper management. Laid-off from this position when corporate office decided to close community bank human resources offices. (Off less than three months when was asked to come back at same salary and benefits but in Business Banking and Executive Offices).
