As the Contracts Administrator I oversee the drafting, review, summarization, revision and execution of all contracts and contract related documents. As part of my review, I prepare contract briefs and summaries of requirements and budgets. I assist Accounting and Finance to incorporate new and revised contracts into billing, reporting and other compliance procedures. I work in conjunction with the different facilities within Pioneer to perform contract audits. I also created and manage the contracts database. I wear many hats at Pioneer. I am also the Compliance Officer, and manage all legal and compliance matters, as well as insurance policies and claims.
