Database Manager: • Convert written records to a comprehensive database of my own design to manage volunteer data, donor information, and all other pertinent data necessary for efficient and organized operations.• Design and perform all data entry for a special events database used to organize more than 250 items for an annual fundraising auction and produce essential reports, bid sheets, accounting, and tracking of: auction items, volunteer committees, donors, ticket sales and winning bidders. These functions were critical to the success of the fundraisers which raised over $250,000 in revenue for nine consecutive years.• Provide technical and statistical support for all other employees, supplying original and automated reports and data to assist in fundraising, volunteer administration, and accounting, designing macros and utilizing SQL code as needed. Bookkeeper:• Perform accounting for all expenses and income related to a $500,000 annual budget.• Prepare bi-weekly payroll information and submit time sheets for all employees.• Handle accounts receivable, pay all bills and produce invoices as needed.• Prepare records and closely work with an outside auditing firm during the annual audit, consistently receiving the highest rating from auditors.Network Administrator:• Set up and maintain computer network.• Provide technical support for all computer hardware and software converting a peer to peer network to a client server network.General Office:• Prepare mailing lists for newsletters, direct mail appeals, and other specialized correspondence.
