MCM provides pathways to possibility, for people to live their life, their way. We specialise in pathways for young people and families at risk. We are the state's largest youth homelessness service, operating Victoria's youth specific access point, Frontyard, in the CDB with on site accommodation and drop in services that support mental health, primary health, employment, living skills, legal services and more. MCM pathways out of homelessness include crisis accommodation, MCM Foyers and now MCM Housing, the first youth focussed registered social housing provider in Victoria. Our adult and families homelessness services, including the groundbreaking HomesFirst program, operate across West and North of Melbourne. Our school, Hester Hornbrook Academy provides a flexible education pathway for years 10 - 12 for young people for whom a mainstream education doesn't fit. With four modern, contemporary campuses today, and two more planned in areas of growth and need, Hester Hornbrook is a large flexible educator in Victoria.Many of the young people MCM supports experience mental ill health and MCM flagship mental health services include the Enhanced CheckIn program in Frontyard and our Living Learning social impact bond operating to support students of Hester Hornbrook Academy. We also offer Recovery Coach programs under NDIS funding. For families we have family services, young parenting programs, Hester Hornbrook includes young parent classrooms in each campus, we have NDIS funded early childhood intervention services including the amazing Kalparrin centre in Greensborough.

Under the Health Services Act, the Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) was established on 2 July 2024.This world-first service will further the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System’s proposal that Victoria's future mental health and wellbeing system should have a specific youth mental health and wellbeing service stream for young people aged 12-25 and ensure that governance of mental health services in the north-west be simplified and streamlined.Privileged to be part of the inaugural board.

RDNS was a large charitable community (in home) aged care and health services provider of substantial nursing operations in Melbourne and nursing and personal care supports throughout Australia (RDNS HomeCare), in NZ (RDNS NZ), China and Asia.
