Provide support and outreach for Recollection Wisconsin, our statewide portal that brings together digital cultural heritage resources from Wisconsin libraries, archives, museums and historical societies and shares them with the world in partnership with the Digital Public Library of America. https://recollectionwisconsin.org/Coordinate grant-funded projects for Recollection Wisconsin including:- (2019) IMLS Accelerating Promising Practices for Small Libraries - Community Memory Cohort. Facilitate a national cohort of ten small and rural libraries and archives participating in this initiative. WiLS staff will collaborate with IMLS to design, execute, and evaluate a mentorship strategy to equip the APP cohort to carry out successful projects. This innovative program will serve as a model for future cohort-driven approaches to documenting, preserving, and sharing community memory.- (2019) Planning for a Digital Readiness Community of Practice, an NHPRC funded program to develop a plan for a Digital Readiness Community of Practice that will increase affiliates’ capacity to create, manage and share digitized historical resources. https://recollectionwisconsin.org/cop- (2017-2019) Curating Community Digital Collections (CCDC), an Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS)-funded program for Wisconsin Library Services (WiLS).
