I produced and directed MEN OF THE CLOTH, an inspiring portrait of three Italian master tailors. The film premiered at DOC NYC, the largest documentary festival in America, and screened theatrically at arthouse cinemas in major cities in North America as well as in prestigious venues like the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; the De Young Museum in San Francisco and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne. The Arts Fuse, Boston’s online arts magazine, said that MEN OF THE CLOTH is "a deeply moving narrative, a story that is filled with a deep lust for life…. Director Vicki Vasilopoulos has masterfully crafted this film, not unlike how her subjects have masterfully crafted their garments.” The Globe and Mail of Canada said "The documentary is an attempt to do for suit-making what Jiro Dreams of Sushi did for Japanese cuisine: A celebration of devotion, craft and, possibly, an endangered art form.”MEN OF THE CLOTH is distributed by Passion River Films and is available on DVD and VOD platforms such as Amazon, iTunes, Vimeo, Google Play, and Vudu.
