I am a curious, intuitive and a compassionate human being; ambitious to help change thought patterns and help make a difference to how people, feel, think and behave within the Safety, Health & Environment Community.In year 2000, I founded Washingtondowling Associates, a company set up to specialise in creating Safety, Health & Environment Events for corporate clients such as BAE Systems. Over the next eight years, we moved into organising International Client Conferences. We successfully broke the mould of traditional SHE Conferences ... no endless PowerPoints, people speaking just to show how important they were, no golden nuggets and worst still sales pitches!In 2008, I followed my passion, along with my valued colleagues, to create a community of senior SHE professionals, whereby, they could attend a Conference with inspirational speakers who were not afraid to truly say how it was ... Real People and Real Stories; genuinely caring about making a difference! SHE Professionals could network, share new ways of thinking, and find new suppliers in a relaxed and fun environment. Hence, The SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Show was born. I am proud to say that over the years our events have grown in popularity and now regarded as a leading player in helping change hearts and minds for those who genuinely care about making a difference throughout their workforce.We identified 6 key elements which we believe tick the right boxes for our SHE Show Community ...Overcoming Adversity & Resilience, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Behaviour & Culture Change, Climate Change & Sustainability, Legal Advice & Updates and last but by no means least ...
