Vicki R. Whiting, Ph.D. brings over twenty-five years of business and managerial experience to organizations throughout the United States. Vicki has focused her work and consulting experience in the area of organizational management. During the past several years, Vicki has consulted in both public and private organizations including United Therapeutics, OC Tanner, Alta Medical Management, L-3 Communications, Mountain Family Physicians, Chevron Corporation, Backcountry.com, and AT&T. Consulting engagements have ranged in scope from large scale organizational development opportunities, to individualized executive success coaching and CEO succession coaching.Vicki is a senior faculty member at Westminster College and has taught at the University of Utah and at the University of Southern California. Her healthcare advocacy book, "In Pain We Trust" was awarded the 'International Book Award.' Vicki received her doctoral degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she received the prestigious Sample Fellowship award. Vicki has published numerous academic articles, and is a noted thought leader in the field of mentorship and global leadership. She received her M.B.A. from Seattle University and her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Vicki had a twelve-year career in the technology industry, culminating in an appointment as Director of Technical Services at Digital Systems International in Seattle, Washington reporting to the COO of the organization. Vicki was a member of the upper management team responsible for corporate growth of over 700%, including participating in the company’s IPO.
