Adheres to Beeline’s best practice methodology to manage the tasks and resources needed to implement and/or expand Beeline’s Vendor Management System (VMS) for our global client base.• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve milestone deliverables, including (but not limited to) requirements gathering and immersion, design, integration development, finance development, data migration, QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, risk mitigation, communication strategy, end user training, deployment.• Generates and maintains project documentation/deliverables to support each implementation and ensure on-time delivery, including (but not limited to) Project Plans, Scope Documentation, Executive Status Reports, Test Plans, Data Conversion Plans, Change Management, Risk Management, and Lessons Learned.• Partners with Managed Service Provider (MSP) organizations to form a cohesive, client focused team with clear roles and responsibilities.

Collaborate with sales, implementation, program management and pricing teams to provide scalable, cost effective proposals. Lead project management efforts for client expansion opportunities by managing cross-functional work stream leads to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Responsible for leading, managing and supporting medium to large projects for Cisco’s Global Sales Compensation Organization (GSCO). Efficiently handled multiple projects which touched Cisco’s financial and compensation tools worldwide. Acted as liaison between all functions within GSCO and its partner communities. Maintained regular status reports, facilitated team planning meetings, and ensured team members shared appropriate information and tools. Interfaced with client stakeholders and led internal project teams to successful outcomes. Director of Solution Design - Microsoft Corporation & Cisco SystemsResponsible for providing subject matter expertise, knowledge and support to two key global accounts, Microsoft Corporation & Cisco Systems. Supported client growth by assisting with RFP and RFI responses, provided strategic planning, assisted with operational improvements for all facets of Spherion’s business, created process documentation, developed and delivered training, identified cost savings / cost avoidance opportunities, and developed and implemented best practices.

Provided subject matter expertise, knowledge and support for new and existing business across the U.S. This included RFI and RFP development, creation of best practices and processes, and implementation of quality standards and measurements. Responsibilities also included identifying operational improvements through process and root cause analysis, defect elimination and technology enablers in an effort to improve service levels, increase customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs.
