• Served as senior political advisor and manager of RNC staff and operations for states in the southeast, including AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN, FL, as well as the territories of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.• Advised and assisted state legislators throughout the southeastern U.S. on strategies to pass and implement policy initiatives at the state level and in conjunction with national Republican Party priorities. • Senior RNC liaison for statewide political campaigns (Governor, Senate, etc.) as well as targeted congressional races. • Responsible for state-specific design and execution of the RNC GOTV Program in targeted states (FL and GA), as well as hiring and training staff.

• Served as principal advisor and strategic communicator to RNC leadership for Veteran, military family, and Law Enforcement engagement throughout the United States. Led the development of communication strategies, key messaging, and communication materials, to include speech-writing, presentations, marketing and facilities procurement. • Advised targeted U.S. Senate, House and gubernatorial campaigns on military/Veteran policy and strategic communication, along with organizing RNC technical support – such as social media and consumer data modeling -- to optimize their engagement of Veteran voters. • Built and maintained strategic partnerships with Veteran and Law Enforcement organizations, such as VFW, American Legion, and police unions.

• Election of 51 Virginia state legislators through reform of a $460,000 strategic support budget, lowering facilities management costs by nearly 20% through technology and digital modernization, and integrating a major national party’s data/analytics capability into local campaigns. • Election of 16 state legislators (resulting in a 65% majority) by managing 118 staff and a $14M combined budget as Louisiana State Director for a major national political party. • Selected by the White House to serve as Advance Team Lead for the Vice President of the United States during official trips throughout the U.S. and acted as liaison to VP’s Secret Service detail (S-Pin access).• Designed landmark veterans’ legislation, contributing to the VA Accountability Act and the Veterans’ ID Card Act as a researcher and analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives Veterans’ Affairs Committee.
